We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional, looking to grow in a fast-paced environment. JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Functions:

The Outside Sales person will be performing a variety of sales activities for developing new accounts in the Northeast. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Identifying and developing a comprehensive prospect list within an assigned territory.
• Developing  sales plan and a territory business plan that identifies and prioritizes new prospects.
• Assist on the development of company-wide comprehensive strategic sales plan that identifies potential industries and additional services.
• Build account relationships and deliverables for the monthly reports.
• Assist with growing the marketing function within the business.
• Cold Calling and closing via telephone and in-person appointments.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Inherent ability to work effectively in a team environment and a strong desire to win.
• Consultative approach to great customer service.
• Superb verbal and written presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic personality who works well in a collaborative environment.
• 30-40% travel required, mostly day trips (company travel is reimbursed).
• Retail experience or sales experience preferred but not required.

Compensation

• Base Salary + Commissions
• Vacation, Health, and 401K program offered
• All company travel is reimbursed

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend and overnight travel may be required as job duties demand.
