Power Recycling (Power Pallet) Team
Sam Donadio
President, Co-Partner
Over the years of hard work, Sam has come to realize how important family is to him – his first priority. “They say you can’t make up for lost time, but they don’t say you can’t try. I have my work cut out for me. Life balance is important. I’m not an overly religious person but I thank God for what he has done for me.”
Sam, along with his brother and partner Gary, grew up in Schenectady, New York. He enjoys many sports like golf, basketball, baseball, football, and horse racing; his hobbies include horseback riding, boating, RV’ing, and traveling. Sam and his spouse Dawn have two grown boys.
Gary Donadio
Vice President, Co-Partner
A day Gary will always remember is when in June of 2010 the New York State Department of Health and Safety awarded them their SHARP certificate. “We had a ceremony on the front lawn and a cookout for all of our employees. It was over 10 years in the works and it was a great feeling of accomplishment that day. The best part of it was that our dad (founder of Power Pallet) was there to see it.”
Gary grew up in Schenectady, New York. He attended Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York and earned a degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, with a manufacturing and process focus. Before joining Power Pallet in 1994, Gary worked at GE for six years and was part of their Manufacturing Management Program, which consisted of 4-6 month assignments at two locations. Gary credits the GE program with preparing him for his future.
In his free time, Gary enjoys hiking, baseball, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends at gatherings and barbecues. He is happily married to Mahassti.
Ryan Donadio
Project Manager
Ryan was born in Rotterdam, New York. He attended Utica College and earned a business degree with a concentration in marketing.
From a young age, Ryan’s goal was to be a part of the Power Pallet team. “I’ve been blessed to be surrounded by role models like my father, Sam, and my Uncle, Gary. I’m also very fortunate to have spent time at the start of my career with the founder of Power Pallet, my grandfather, Greg Donadio.”
Trevor Bielby
Regional Sales Manager
Trevor was born and raised in Litchfield, New York, and currently lives in Latham, New York. He graduated from the University at Albany with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (concentrations of Marketing & Management), and started with Power Pallet almost immediately following graduation in May of 2012.
In his spare time, he enjoys attending concerts, participating in extreme sports, watching movies, and (most of all) socializing. Trevor says, “Social events have not only made me the outgoing, well-spoken person that I am today, but it is a great form of networking. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people, and believe that it can only help with any of my future endeavors.”
Heather Kline
Business Manager
Heather appreciates Power Pallet’s organizational culture. “Each day I come to work I am greeted by people who share a common goal, work as a team, and treat each other with dignity and respect. I am grateful to be part of an organization with this type of culture.” For Heather, the best part about working at Power Pallet is that she feels empowered to bring and implement new ideas to the organization. “No business processes are set in stone. If I see a better or more efficient way, I can get a plan together and we give it a try. Every day we are looking to better ourselves, our jobs, and our company.”
Enrique Lopez
Chief Technology Officer
Born and raised in Amsterdam, New York, Enrique attended F.M.C.C. and earned a degree in Visual Communications. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from SUNY Empire. Enrique is also a Graphic Designer, designing graphics for over 20 years. By night, Enrique is a mobile and club DJ. “I love music. I compose music in my spare time whenever I can fit it in.”
Enrique has three children. “I like going after what I want and achieving it. It’s a big part of who I am. Against all odds, raising a family as a teenager, earning a higher education, and running successful businesses for most of my life are all things I am proud of.”
